Take a walk!  Read a book!  Enjoy a Valentine’s Day story while taking a stroll around the trail behind Lakeway City Hall.  Pages of our featured children’s book will be posted along the walkway so that readers can experience the importance of reading, spending time with friends, and connecting with nature in a fun way.

Visitors are encouraged to share the joy of reading with a friend and to record their responses at the end of the route.  The Story Walk Project was created in 2007 by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition and the Kellogg Hubbard Library.
